Please note any heavy or bulky items may incur extra delivery charges which we will contact you to discuss. 

This includes stone styling boards due to weight and size.

Modern Boheme Collective sends via registered mail with Australia Post.

Please allow 1-2 days for postage and handling. Once your order has been processed you will be supplied with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking number safe and use this for your own reference and to track postage.

Please allow 3-7 business days for standard domestic delivery
Express post cannot be guaranteed as next day delivery due to our location in a rural area. Please check the Australia Post website for specific delivery times available to your postcode.

We will do all we can to ensure your delivery reaches you in a timely manner.
Modern Boheme Collective cannot be held liable for any postage delays, lost or damaged goods that might occur by our postage carriers or any person(s) that handles your goods once they leave our office.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed then we will notify you via email and refund you for those out of stock item(s) before proceeding with your order.

To be eligible for a return/exchange your items must be returned in store or via post within 10 days of receiving/purchasing the item.

Once we receive and inspect your item/s a store credit in the form of a digital gift card will be issued. Store credits do not have an expiry date and can be used in store and online. 

Unfortunately we do not credit or refund shipping costs.

Please note:
- Refunds are reserved for manufacturing faults only.
- Sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or exchanges on sale / clearance items so please choose carefully.

Please note that any jewellery purchase is also final and unable to be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All postage for returns and exchanges (excluding faults) is at the buyer’s expense.

Please ensure all items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to us safely. If for any reason your parcel is damaged in transit back to us- you will need to contact the postal service to process a claim on your damaged items.

Here’s how to exchange/return:
• Please email us at : with your order number
• We will email you instructions.
• Please post your return using a reputable postage service and keep your tracking number handy. All items are your responsibility until they reach our office.
• Please include your proof of purchase (if applicable) and ensure all the original tags and labels are attached to your item.
• All items must be unworn and in clean saleable condition, or your return may not be accepted. Any damaged or soiled garments will not be accepted. Items must not smell of deodorant, perfume or have any make up stains. These make the item unsaleable and a return will be rejected. 
• Once we receive your item, we will contact you once your return has been assessed and confirmed it meets the conditions above.

All products are thoroughly inspected and packaged before being posted out.

However, in the rare case an item is deemed faulty, a replacement item will be offered. If the item you purchased is out of stock or unable to be filled a repair or refund will be offered based on the situation. 
Please note, we only offer refunds on manufacturing faults.
It is the customers responsibility to check over their purchase and notify Modern Boheme Collective within 3 days of any suspected faults.
If a fault is found after this period your refund claim may not be accepted.
Please ensure you check any washing, handling or use instructions on your product and adhere to the labels. We cannot accept returns on mistreated or faults for not following the care or use instructions.

• Email immediately if you find a fault or have concerns with your order. Please include images.
• Please post your return (as quickly as possible) using a reputable postage service and keep your tracking number handy. All items are your responsibility until they reach our head office.
• Please include your proof of purchase with your return.
• Once we receive your item, we will contact you once your return has been received and confirmed it meets the conditions above.
